Supply chain management involves designing, planning, execution and monitoring supply chain activities to create value on goods that reach the consumers. Supply chain integration is difficult in the global supply chain because of various challenges, which range from cultural, technological, political cultural and logistic differences. The global supply chain is hindered by these differences because they will affect how good reach the consumers since different countries will have different rules that govern the supply chain.
